This property features self-check-in, and identity verification is required before you can access the flat. You are welcome to check in at any time after our standard check-in time of 3 PM. A fee of £50 will be charged for each set of lost keys (security keys may incur a higher charge). In some cases, replacing the locks for security reasons may result in additional costs. Please ensure your keys are kept safe at all times. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum smoking fee of £300 will be applied. Parties, large gatherings, loud noise, and outside guests are not permitted. If we find sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay without a refund. Security personnel may be involved to facilitate eviction, and any associated costs will be deducted from your security deposit. In some cases, local authorities may also be contacted.
