This property offers self-check-in, with identity verification required before access is granted. You may check in anytime after our standard check-in time of 3 PM. A £50 fee applies for each lost set of keys, with higher charges for security keys. In some cases, lock replacements may be necessary for security reasons, resulting in additional costs. Please keep your keys secure at all times. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. If any evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of £300 will be charged. Parties, large gatherings, loud noise, and unregistered guests are not allowed. If we find sufficient evidence of such activities, we reserve the right to cancel your stay without a refund.
